Wander Necklace in Pearl and Peridot

Regular price $128.00

Freshwater pearls and creamy peridot, hand knotted one by one, for the days you don't plan but simply show up for.

This lariat is for the woman who's learned that the best moments are rarely scheduled. The spontaneous coffee invitation. The walk that turns into an afternoon. The day that surprises you with something good, if you are paying attention.

Tie it, adjust it to your mood, and go. No clasp required for this style. The lariat ties at the front, giving you a soft, adjustable drape that sits beautifully at the neckline.

Peridot has been called the "gem of the sun" for centuries, a stone associated with warmth, well-being, and the quiet confidence that good things are coming. Freshwater pearls carry their own quiet wisdom, born of patience and time.

Together, they're a gentle reminder to notice what is right in your day.

This piece makes a meaningful gift for a friend or a worthy gift to yourself. No occasion required. Love is reason enough.

FAQ

What is vitreous enamel?

Vitreous enamel is an ancient art form that sits right at the intersection of science and beauty, which is probably why I fell in love with it.

The process begins with copper sheet metal, carefully cut into shapes by hand. Finely powdered glass in a range of colors is then applied to the metal in layers and fired in a kiln at 1,450 degrees Fahrenheit. Each layer fuses to the one before it, building depth, richness, and color that simply cannot be replicated any other way.

From the first cut of metal to the finished piece, the process involves 20 or more individual steps. There are no shortcuts to that kind of beauty.

Occasionally I source pre-cut copper shapes rather than sawing them myself, but every step from that point forward is done entirely by hand in my studio.

The result is jewelry that is not just worn. It is carried. Each piece holds layers of intention, craft, and heat-forged color that will last a lifetime.

What is Fine Silver?

Fine silver is a form of silver that is 99.9% silver. It doesn't tarnish as fast as sterling silver.

What is Sterling Silver?

Sterling silver is a metal alloy containing 92.5% silver. The remaining portion is usually copper which makes it more stable but also makes it tarnish faster than fine silver.
